Data controller
Diego Sánchez Lorenzo (sanchezlorenphotos), tax ID 42233626Z, address Calle Cuesta de San José, 4, 38712 Breña Baja (Santa Cruz de Tenerife). For any question about your data, write to diegosanloren@gmail.com.
What data I use and why
- When you message or call me (WhatsApp, phone or email): your name, your contact details and whatever you tell me about the job. I use them to reply and send you a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- If you’re a client: your contact details and the photos from the job. I use them to do the work, deliver your photos in the Client area and invoice you. Legal basis: our contract and tax obligations.
- Photos in the portfolio: I only publish photos showing people if I have their consent (or their parents’ or guardians’ consent, for children). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Technical data from your visit: the server hosting the website records technical data, such as your IP address, to display the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
This website has no forms, no analytics tools and no advertising.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking: one year at most. Client data: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Client area folders are deleted once the agreed delivery period ends.
Who else can see your data
I never sell or share your data. To run the website, it is also processed by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts it. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, those services process your data under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, or to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Write to diegosanloren@gmail.com. If you feel I haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
